We are committed to doing things the right way at Red Willow.

Protecting the environment and the health and safety of employees, contractors, and other community members is part of our culture. We manage and operate our assets in full compliance with applicable environmental, health and safety laws, regulations and internal standards. In fact, we operate with a philosophy of "compliance plus", in which we go beyond the routine safety and environmental regulations by implementing many best management practices. We continually seek opportunities to advance our operations in the areas of health, safety and the environment.

A core value of ours is the health and safety of employees, contractors, local communities and others that our operations could affect. Red Willow works hard to take care of our employees and contractors by providing extensive training and technical support. We foster a safety culture that is proactive and compassionate.

At the onset of a new project, we work to comprehend the environmental issues and cultural considerations of an area. As an example, in the San Juan Basin many locations have more than one production well which reduces the number of individual facilities, requires fewer roads and pipelines, and ultimately results in less surface disturbance from our operations. We proactively and voluntarily have implemented measures to reduce engine and greenhouse gas emissions. Our aggressive approach to minimizing environmental impacts includes prompt reclamation of disturbed areas and extensive erosion control.
